The books are designed for kids ages 3–8. Younger children enjoy exploring the colorful scenes with a parent; older kids can read independently and try to beat their time on each hidden-object challenge.

Each book contains multiple illustrated scenes. Kids tap or click on objects to interact — animals make sounds, objects animate, and Luna hides in a different spot on every page. There's always something new to discover.

Yes! Every book has a free preview covering the first few scenes. You can try before you buy. Click any "Play Free Preview" button on the Find Luna hub to start.

No account, no app download, no subscription required. Once you purchase a book, it's linked to your device and available instantly. You can also access your purchases on any other device by visiting the same unlock link.

Currently the Find Luna! series is digital only — designed as interactive web experiences. This keeps them affordable (starting at $4.99 per book), instantly accessible, and always available on any device.

Yes! New Find Luna! books are in development. All-Access Bundle holders get new books free for life as they are released.

You need to be online the first time you load a book to verify your unlock. After that, most browsers cache the content so it loads quickly even on slower connections. For the best experience, we recommend a stable Wi-Fi or 4G connection.

Find Luna! books are interactive web experiences designed for screens with touch/click input. They work best on tablets and phones. Standard Kindle e-readers (e-ink) are not recommended as the screens are not suited for the interactive elements.

Yes — the books save each child's progress locally on the device. Multiple profiles can share one device; just note that progress is stored in the browser cache on that specific device.

There's a language toggle button (🌍 EN / ES) in the top-right corner of every book. Tap it to switch the entire book — all narration, object labels, and prompts — between English and Spanish.

Yes. All narration text, object names, interactive prompts, and UI labels are available in both English and Spanish. The translations are natural and age-appropriate.

Absolutely. Find Luna! books are used by families raising bilingual children, Spanish immersion classrooms, and parents introducing a second language. The visual, interactive format makes new vocabulary stick.

Once we process your refund request, Stripe typically credits the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Yes. Find Luna! books are used in world language immersion classrooms, bilingual programs, early elementary, and special education settings across the US. Each teacher or school needs a valid license for the number of concurrent users.

School licenses are available for classroom (up to 30 students) and school-wide (unlimited devices on campus) use. Licenses are valid for one academic year and include all 10 books. Contact us at schools@smartstuffstudios.com for pricing and setup.

Yes — teachers can request access to free preview accounts for evaluation purposes. Email schools@smartstuffstudios.com with your school name, grade level, and subject area.

School licenses cover on-campus use. For home access, students or families can purchase individual books or bundles at the regular price. Some school districts choose to purchase home-use add-ons — contact us to discuss options.

We collect only what Stripe needs to process your payment: your email address (for the receipt and unlock link) and your payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe, never touching our servers). We do not collect children's names, ages, or any other personal data beyond the transaction.

All payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com), one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's secure form and never passes through our servers. We are Stripe verified.

Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our only data sharing is with Stripe (for payments) and our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages, for site delivery), both of which are GDPR and CCPA compliant.

Yes. Find Luna! does not collect any personal information from children. Our interactive books contain no advertising, no in-app purchases by children, and no data collection from minors. We are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
